The Cursillo Movement is a movement of the Roman Catholic Church ministering worldwide and having the same apostolic purpose as the Church herself—evangelization. The Cursillo, by means of its own method, makes it possible for Catholic people to live what is fundamental for being a Christian, and to live it in community. It helps people discover and fulfill their personal vocations and it promotes the creation of core groups of Christians in all walks of life. To provide a retreat experience for women. The retreat frees you from the distractions of your life, learn to pray, reflect on scripture and serve others in the name of Jesus.

Life in the Spirit

To allow all who attend the opportunity to receive a fuller understanding of the Holy Spirit. To develop an appreciation and need for the gifts and fruits of the Spirit in one’s life.

Marriage Covenant Retreat

A weekend retreat experience for couples given by couples, held at St. John Neumann. Couples return home each night. The retreat emphasizes the importance of God in a marriage. The talks help couples see the need to work at making their marriage better and guides them towards ways of filling this need.

Marriage Enrichment Ministry

Brings couples closer to the Lord and each other. This ministry provides meetings, socials, a yearly retreat experience, as well as a day of reflection to help strengthen a couple’s marriage covenant.

Thirty Three Days to Morning Glory

A 33 day retreat that leads to total consecration to Jesus through Mary. It is "the surest, easiest, shortest. and most perfect means" to becoming a saint. (from True Devotion to Mary). We meet once a week to pray and discuss our reflection of the week and watch a video presentation by Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC. This retreat is offered each spring.

Consoling the Heart of Jesus

A 10 week retreat, which is fitted into the busy life of the layperson, nonetheless includes all the essential parts of a genuine retreat of the "Spiritual Exercises." It is focused on the Divine Mercy and includes insights of St. Ignatius Loyola and St. Louis de Monfort. This follows much the same format as the 33 Days retreat and it is recommended that you complete the 33 Day retreat before this one. This retreat is offered in the fall.
